    it is not expensive and it is a much better alternative than other light bulbs and it is also very good for the environment and a good easy cheap way to reduce carbon emissions

    I only sleep for 1 extra hour but that extra hour really helps and makes me feel a lot more energized, i am usually lazy in the morning but i feel good, awake, and healthy. I also feel way more refreshed and it helps me be a lot more productive throughout the day.

    i started to buy a lot more fruits like bananas, prickly pear, oranges, grapes, etc. And i combined that with working out for an hour and it felt good and was also really good for my health.

    i actually only did about an hour a day but it was still good and i feel good
