    In North America, up to 65% of food waste happens at the consumer level. Chef Steven Satterfield advocates for utilizing every part of a vegetable. How can you incorporate using an entire vegetable, including the skins, tops, and stalks during your next meal prep?

    Cooking for myself was really helpful.  It was loads of fun and was enjoyable for me and my roommate.  She helped me cook sometimes, and she always helped me finish eating our masterpieces.

    After all of my classes are done my brain tends to get tired, instead of going straight back to the books, I took a short thirty minute nap.  I found that the nap really helped me with my studies.  Instead of having to reread giant paragraphs, I was better understanding them on the first try.  The little break my brain took was very helpful.
