I enjoy taking around five minutes everyday thinking about how I am grateful of the Earth. It allows me to reduce my stress a lot, and it allows me to get my mind off of whatever is bothering me at the moment.

    Simplicity Limit Social Media
Social media is a great way to keep us connected with loved ones, makes us laugh, and helps us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days now, how do you feel? What do you notice?

One thing I have definitely noticed is that I spend much more time with my family and with my books. I am able to commit more times to things I love and appreciate because I am not focused on checking my social media as often.

In your opinion, how do social inequalities diminish a strong sense of community?

Social inequalities cause people to discriminate against other people who they believe to be "lower" than them. By treating everyone as equal, there will be a smaller chance of discrimination, and we will be able to develop as a strong community that thrives.
