Lindsey Maser 9/24/2018 6:27 PMI think I take pretty quick showers but without timing it, I don’t actually know. Plus, if I set an alarm with annoying music, I’ll be very motivated to get out of the shower to turn it off! -

But whole grains and vegetables can be combined in to be very filling and flavorful - though it does take some knowledge or a good recipe to get the flavors and food combinations right. I really appreciate restaurants (like Portland’s Laughing Planet) that provide great examples of flavorful, filling vegetarian meals.
