REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Exercise DailyHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Kelli Nelson 10/17/2018 10:46 AMI work out at least 30-45 minutes daily to help clear my mind and it also helps me sleep better at night. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable MugMaybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reuseable one but it's just hard to make the switch. Think about what stands in your way of making this a habit. By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?
Kelli Nelson 10/17/2018 10:42 AMI use my travel mug every morning. I can't remember the last time a bought a coffee in a to go cup and when I do it feels so wrong! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Avoid refined sugarBefore you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?
Kelli Nelson 10/16/2018 10:13 AMI have been cutting out sugar for a few weeks now and I feel amazing. I didn't realize how addicted to sugar I was until I removed it from my diet. It was definitely a challenge, but worth it! -
Kelli Nelson 10/05/2018 10:51 AMI have brought my lunch from home all week, which has created zero food waste (eating leftovers) and lowered my impact of plastic waste by using reusable food containers. Feels good!
