    This whole food plant based diet has reduced my cholesterol by 15% so far and I’ve lost 15 lbs. I’m pretty happy with these side benefits of being kinder to the planet.

    The purge of stuff continues. Yesterday the pantry got cleaned out and organized. There are now labels on shelves so everyone will know where different foods are kept. It feels so good.

    Amen! Food will provide health much more efficiently than medicine can heal.

    I want to put more than 5 daily goals!  This will hopefully help keep me on track with a lifestyle change that I started a couple of weeks ago with food. Simplicity is another area I would like to focus on.
