Nancy Oliver 10/24/2018 8:42 AMThis whole food plant based diet has reduced my cholesterol by 15% so far and I’ve lost 15 lbs. I’m pretty happy with these side benefits of being kinder to the planet. -
Nancy Oliver 10/18/2018 7:07 AMThe purge of stuff continues. Yesterday the pantry got cleaned out and organized. There are now labels on shelves so everyone will know where different foods are kept. It feels so good. -

Nancy Oliver 10/01/2018 2:55 PMI want to put more than 5 daily goals! This will hopefully help keep me on track with a lifestyle change that I started a couple of weeks ago with food. Simplicity is another area I would like to focus on.
