Dzmitry Perr 10/25/2018 5:49 AMI feel that extra half hour does not necessarily add to my sleep, but starting my sleep routine helps more. So while I will be starting to get ready for bed earlier, my total sleep hours will stay unchanged. -

Dzmitry Perr 10/24/2018 5:19 AMI spend more money with a credit card, than a debit card. I tend to overspend on food and recreational activities. I will finish tracking my finances for the rest of the month of October to get a clear snapshot of my financial spending habits. -

Dzmitry Perr 10/02/2018 11:22 AMI choce to work where I work because I am able to walk to work. It matters that I don't drive on the regular basis. I do use the car on weekends and tend to drive a bit more for chores. Now that we have electric scooters in the city, there is another carbon free option to move. -

Dzmitry Perr 10/02/2018 11:06 AMMy personal value is to care for this precious vessel, the only one I have. I am establishing a positive relationship with my own self and accepting my imperfect body as is. I may certainly involve others in the process, but this is solely for my own self reflection and self acceptance.
