    I feel that extra half hour does not necessarily add to my sleep, but starting my sleep routine helps more. So while I will be starting to get ready for bed earlier, my total sleep hours will stay unchanged.

    I spend more money with a credit card, than a debit card. I tend to overspend on food and recreational activities. I will finish tracking my finances for the rest of the month of October to get a clear snapshot of my financial spending habits.

    It is always a good reminder to look over spending, both credit card and debit card, to remember which bills are too high, and which services need to be cancelled. I am not against spending, juts against spending that does not accomplish anything :)

    I was not able to get myself the amount of sleep desired this past night, but I am doing well anyway, Thanks body, for keeping my brain function right!

    I choce to work where I work because I am able to walk to work. It matters that I don't drive on the regular basis. I do use the car on weekends and tend to drive a bit more for chores. Now that we have electric scooters in the city, there is another carbon free option to move.

    My personal value is to care for this precious vessel, the only one I have. I am establishing a positive relationship with my own self and accepting my imperfect body as is. I may certainly involve others in the process, but this is solely for my own self reflection and self acceptance.
