    Day 10: Challenge's are becoming less of a challenge and more of a normal thing in my daily routine.  I was thinking about on day 14, turning in all of the current challenges and trying out a new set of them.  What do you guys think, should I trade my current challenges in and go for new ones on day 14?

    Setting a bed time at first I thought would be a stretch but so far its been working very well. I feel much better at work and I am not getting the 1:00-2:00 PM "nap time" feelings.

    Day 7: Reflecting on the 3 day weekend it was interesting to see that I was incorporating things from the EcoChallenge much easier into my daily life. At the beginning I was set reminders on my phone to make sure I was completing each task daily but this weekend I found myself not having to use the reminders as often.

    Day 3: I sent an email to a friend of mine that I am grateful to have them in my life.  Got a response within minutes that they were having a bad day and just by reading the email it put them in a better mood.  A small gesture can go a long way.
