    For me spending time outdoors includes exploring the parts of Boise that go beyond the city limits and the human-made aspects of life. Being outside in nature roots me deeper within my sense of home and belonging in Idaho.

    The money that we save from washing our clothes in cold water can go toward house supplies we really need in the house or toward food we could purchase to for healthier meals.

    By exercising outside and with friends! Sometimes, the Boise Bunch will opt to go for walks / hikes together to give us space to talk with one another while being able to move.

    Creativity helps us to find solutions to problems we might previously had not thought of before. I think that sometimes we are conditioned to believe that we need to buy something new or ask someone to fix something for us, when we could potentially find ways to solve the problem on our own.

    Practicing gratitude helps me feel centered and motivated because I am reminded that we are all interconnected. My actions affect others and the actions of others affect me- so I want to stay positive and thankful of those around me to help me keep going :)
