    Enjoyed my dinner at home with Than tonight! --- Great challenge, eating mindfully!

    Really enjoyed having my coffee this morning outside, watching the leaves blow in the wind, before it started to rain --- cool weather = awesome.

    The challenge of eating mindfully has not been as difficult for me, but I want to keep practicing.

    Spent 10 minutes this morning sipping my coffee outside, feeling grateful to have tall, green trees surrounding our back carport , for playing squirrels and the blue sky, especially when the lot next to us is now just towering town houses with no trees.
