    Some days have been challenging, but I am glad t report that I became very enthusiastic about big, healthy salads, and now I crave them!   I am now considering joining a gym.

    Lost five pounds by having more salads, veggies and fruits, less bread, drinking more water, and taking brisk walks 30 minutes daily!   Feel great!
    We gathered our toxic home cleaning products, old paint cans and pool chemical containers from the garage and brought them to the Home Chemical Collection Center located in Homestead, Fl. at 23707 SW 97th Ave., 33032.  Switched to natural cleansing products to help the environment and preserve our health!
