    My challenges were great. I'm going to continue writing emails to people I care about and walk during lunch. Ecochallange inspired me to do so!

    My challenges are going great. I walked with two people yesterday and found myself being more active. I found seeing responds to my emails feels like one of the greatest rewards I could get for something. The ecochallange is making me feel really good about myself and I am definitely going to continue this after the 21st.

    These challenges are a little hard to keep up with. I found walking with someone during lunch and talking is much better than just walking alone. If someone wants to walk with you, you should let them. The nature journaling is fun, I keep myself up to date with what's going on outside and it's like my own little tracking book for later so I can come back to it! I think I'll keep using it. The happiness one is my favorite. I love seeing others be happy so making sure everyone is happy means a lot to me. I've had so many people come up to me and thank them for notes and emails I had given them that day or the day before. It makes me feel good that I'm making everyone happy!

    How do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?

    You go by quicker and can't take in the city when you're driving because you have to pay attention to the road. When it comes to walking, you can look around and take in the scenery and enjoy everything better!

    I'm grateful for the trees because they give off oxygen and take in CO2 and clean the air.

    I chose the challenges I did because I don't get outside much and I want to enjoy it more. I also chose the email one because I like making other people happy.

    It can make you feel good about the world and want to make it better. You can see all the good things and the things that need to be fixed and be so inspired by the good to fix the bad.
