REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity MeditateWhat would you like to invest more time in reflecting on?
Rohit Singh 10/14/2018 7:11 AMThe benefits of meditation are manifold. A calm mind, good concentration, clarity of perception, improvement in communication, inner strength, and relaxation are all natural results of meditating regularly. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Support Pollution ReductionWhat environmental factors affect human health in your region, and how do they affect it?
Rohit Singh 10/11/2018 7:14 AMWater is a necessity to sustain life. There is increasingly polluted natural water, by chemicals and waste. It is often this water that becomes the public's drinking water or water that is used to grow food we eat.
Surface and ground water quality applies to both drinking water and recreational waters. Contamination by infectious agents or chemicals can cause mild to severe illness. Protecting water sources and minimizing exposure to contaminated water sources are important parts of environmental health.

REFLECTION QUESTIONEnergy Choose Clean/Renewable EnergyHow might you be able to get others involved in advocating for the shift to clean energy?
Rohit Singh 10/11/2018 7:12 AMThe burning of fossil fuels is polluting the air, fueling war and global conflict, and breeding dependency on oil-rich countries. But efficient, sustainable alternatives exist that can revolutionize the energy industry. We can help make this shift by reducing your reliance on fossil fuels, supporting clean alternatives, and spreading the word about new energy technologies. -
