    Käisin eile õhtul jooksmas - oli veel mõnusalt soe ja sai jalgadega läbi kuivade lehtede sahistada - tõeline teraapia!

    De-cluttering all day every day! Before moving I felt that I don't have that much stuff.... but oh boy I was wrong. Still a lot of improvements to do there.

    An average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?

    From time to time I feel pretty awful if I have to throw away food that has gone bad. One thing is that I lose money but the other side is that somebody is used recources to make that food. That is really one thing that I see that I could & should change.

    Tunnen ka ise palju süümepiinu, sest tuleb ikkagi ette olukordi, kus viskan minema halvaks läinud toitu. Üks asi on rahaline kahju, kuid teisalt mõelda, et keegi on vaeva näinud, ressursse kasutanud ja selle toidu kasvatanud/teinud etc. See on tõesti valdkond, kus ma saan midagi ette võtta ja nüüd üritangi.
