By doing this Ecochallenge, I am able to see that I already am doing my part in some ways to make good choices for the environment, but there are always more things that I could be doing.  My biggest challenge personally is giving up refined sugars.  Chocolate is a vice for me, so giving it up completely has been difficult...impossible.  I have reduced the amount of refined sugar that I eat overall, but candy is still tormenting me, especially this time of year!
