    I can’t believe the challenge is over! I really feel like I’ve made some good habits out of this, and I will continue to look into more ways I can challenge myself to be more eco-friendly :)

    Ahhh I haven’t posted an update in over 10 days! I was so distract last week with exams and life in general, but I’ve stuck with my eco-challenge promises for the most part. I’ve been trying to incorporate more reusable items into my life since starting this challenge. Next I want to try reusable sandwich wraps and try to remember to keep my grocery bags where I won’t forget them! Last time I think I posted about how it was getting colder outside and how I didn’t always want a smoothie to be my biggest source of fruits and veggies, and I’ve since been eating oats with fruit in the AM and roasted or grilled veggies in the PM. Gotta stay warm!

    For breakfast I’ve been making smoothies with fruits and veggies, but it’s been getting chilly out and I don’t know if I can do that anymore! How could I change it up—besides just a bowl of fruit? Things to think about.

    So... it seems the weekend gets to me. I’ve forgotten my metal straws, my coffee mug, I only ate pizza yesterday. Feeling pretty guilty. I DID however, buy some grocery bags and used them today. Guess it’s better than nothing!

    Haven’t gotten the chance to whip out my metal straw yet, but I picked up a soft drink for my friend today, and didn’t grab a straw. When I gave her her drink I told her about the eco challenge and why she shouldn’t use plastic straws. She seemed excited!

    Got my iced coffee today in a hot coffee mug, so I didn’t even need a straw 👍🏼
