    Planted some annuals, some native perennials and some vegetables both from seed and from 4-inch  to 1 gallon plugs. I was surprised with how well the annuals performed, but it was most exciting when all of a sudden the seeds we had planted and forgot about had sprouted! The best bruchetta all year was made with an entire basil plant sprouted from seed
