October 24 at 6:35 AMMy sleeping patterns vary, but consistently going to bed earlier and getting up earlier has made my days more productive and active. I feel healthier and more energized than I did previously.

October 24 at 6:28 AMOn Tuesday's and Thursday's I tend to get a to-go meal at the Sparty's Market in my work building. I try to avoid the plastic from the mixed salads, but it is very frustrating that I cannot bring my own containers. I am trying to think of innovated ways of avoiding this waste, but I am on a meal plan and those lunches count as a swipe.
