My sleeping patterns vary, but consistently going to bed earlier and getting up earlier has made my days more productive and active. I feel healthier and more energized than I did previously.

I think that what you put into your body is what you will get out of it. We should be fueling our bodies with the best energy, and avoid consumption that can have negative impacts on that system.

People do not always like to take responsibility for their actions. When they dispose of something it is out of mind and out of sight. Our society is based off of consumption. So far, everything has been very successful in the sense of being eco-friendly but also for my own well being. These challenges have created a healthy mindset and helps me radiate more positive...

I would like to invest more time on focusing on simplicity and not stressing over small things or things that are out of my control.

Spending more time in nature can create a stronger connection with nature and the world around us. As said, it also enhances ones sense of place because being outdoors helps with positive energy, happy souls, and overall better health - psychically and mentally.
