America really values meat, it's part of our culture. We should start to introduce people to good plant meals and try to eat it more often to shift our food culture from meat. -

oof . 10/23/2018 1:04 PMI get about 6-7 hours of sleep. I should probably go to bed earlier so I can get more sleep, so I don't feel dead in the morning. If I try to set my alarm a little later, I get some more sleep. -
