    I couldn't complete my no sugar challenge today because I have a personal rule that if someone makes me a meal I will eat it with gratitude regardless of contents. I guess I don't really mind not getting points for sticking to my values.

    No sugar? No problem. Afternoon low demanding a pick-me-up... maybe yesterday it would have been sweet. Instead: Drink some much-needed, delicious water and eat some REAL food. I got this. You got this!
