Jay Bird 10/10/2018 2:28 PMI sleep about 7-8 hours a night but 8 is where I want to be consistent. It's a matter of obeying your body patterns and when you get tired - which for me is around 10:30 or 11:00. For me, its a matter of discipline and being in bed at that time or starting to get my rest. -
