    By focusing on gratitude, I am able to cultivate a sense of grace and therefore stay motivated to act from a place of love.

    What do you think contributes to people in North America eating more meat than any other places, and what does this say about North American values and ways of living? How can we start shifting from a meat-focused food culture to a more plant-based one?

    Our "go" focused culture tends to suffer from extreme "busy syndrome" which disables our ability to focus on menus, etc. as we skip from task to task eating mindlessly.  If we are more mindful we can switch to a more plant based diet.

    Not really; I completed the Whole 30 Food plan and was pretty good at watching for sugar.
