Martha Curioni 10/19/2018 2:39 PMI've recently started making my own almond milk and I wish I had made the switch earlier. First, it's not hard at all, or incredibly time consuming. It tastes MUCH better (and you can sweeten it using natural sweeteners like honey or dates). And finally, you can turn the pulp into almond meal/flour to bake with later. No more going through 2-3 almond milk cartons a day for this house (which aren't recyclable in our area because it's coated paper). Here's a recipe for anyone that wants to try it! https://minimalistbaker.com/how-to-make-almond-milk/-
