Katie DuBrutz 10/12/2018 12:32 PMSOAP BOX ALERT: I just got back from California and was so disappointed to see how little recycling is encouraged. I'm sure people thought I looked like a crazy person as I was snagging recycled items out of the top of trash cans to place them in the correct bin - if and when I could find them. I'm so glad Oregon is paving the way for such great recycling practices! Now we just need to get everyone else around the country to do the same!
