Alison Dyer 10/17/2018 11:05 AMMy donut mishap yesterday made me twice as motivated to avoid sugar today. Despite it's unfair levels of deliciousness, it made my body feel incredibly sluggish. I am re-energized and ready to tackle another sugar-free day! -
Alison Dyer 10/16/2018 11:10 AMDid I eat a donut today? Yes. BUT I have been sugar free for the better part of 13 days and it really feels great! Almost as great as eating that donut today! My energy is stabilizing, I'm snacking less, and my body feels lighter and healthier. I will not let today's donut deter me .. I trudge onward! -
