    The 2018 EcoChallenge is now over.  I want to thank all of the participants of this years team Xavier.  I would also like to congratulate out 2 top winners Taylor Bertolacci with a total of 482 points and Megan Ambrose with a total of 401 points.  The prizes for the top winners is their choice of 4 free meals form our in-house chef, a 6 piece wine selection from Perman Wines, or one month membership with Fit Body Boot Camp.  I ask that everyone give a big shout out to our 2 winners and to our team!

    Well the challenge is over and I finished strong fro the challenge. Really proud of myself for being able to keep up with all of the challenges.

    Day number 11 of the challenge and I am still going strong.  I just have not found the strength to start my workout challenge.  I need to start soon.

    Hello Team,

    It is day 10 and I know that we can all get busy and fill a little stress about completing our challenges, but do not give up.  As a team we can hold it together for just a little while longer and end being proud of our accomplishments.  Thank you again for taking part in the challenge.

    It is day 9 and I am still hanging in there with my challenges.  I still need to start another one asap, but have had issues getting up in the morning.  I will not give up.

    I will be moving forward with some of the other challenges starting tomorrow.  I have an appointment with my doctor and will start my work out sessions.

    This is day 2 of challenge.  I still need to create my health plan and start exercising as well.  I am keeping up with my other challenges though.
