Erin Gately 10/23/2018 11:03 AMI think people in the US associate meat with prosperity. It is at the same time a luxury and a right. I feel that one show on factory farming would open hearts and minds. -
Erin Gately 10/22/2018 1:29 PMI just checked the weather and it looks like the excellent weather in Portland is going to hold through Wednesday which is the last day of this EcoChallenge. After that I see some rain in the forecast. And if I want to try to continue these good habits, I am going to have to get a new raincoat because mine delaminated and now it leaks. :( -

Erin Gately 10/17/2018 12:09 PMSo far I have replaced screen time with walking or reading an actual paper book. And sometimes I read while walking but that can cause obvious issues. :) -
REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportation Walk InsteadHalf of all trips made in the US are three miles or less; 72% of them are driven. Do you feel that this fact applies to you? If so, how might you incorporate more muscle-powered transportation in your daily life?
