Ashley Gorze 10/03/2018 12:04 PMI chose this task because there used to be a really neat recycling shed just down the street from a house I recently moved into. I found out that it's no longer there and I wanted to find out if it moved, or if there was another one close to my new home. I'm surprised that Portland doesn't have more recycling stands, or at least not any that are easy to find online. -
Ashley Gorze 10/03/2018 10:22 AMI am arranging a food prep class at work in a few weeks and I made sure to encourage folks to bring reusable containers or jars from home, and avoid using plastic baggies, to take their treats back home with them. As a back up plan I will bring extra containers for anyone who forgets to bring their own. -
Ashley Gorze 10/03/2018 7:01 AMThis morning I watched Food Inc. I believe I have seen this before, but I watched it again because it had been a few years since I last watched it and I couldn't remember the details of the film well. It sparked interest to keep watching more documentaries, both new ones and older ones I have already seen. Bringing awareness to what I'm putting in my body is something I need help doing from time to time, and watching these films proves to be one of the most effective ways for me.-
Jenn Donehey 10/03/2018 1:26 PMI've been wanting to watch this too! -
Mercedes Salles 10/03/2018 9:59 AMIt's so good to rewatch documentaries and refresh the memory!
