    During stressful work days I find it difficult to consume less calories. The lack of exercise and desire to do so has been having a negative impact on my physical and mental health.

    I have enjoyed the positive energy i'm generating while recycling, helping other use re-usable water bottles & the health benefits of the diet change that this challenge has provided me.

    I have ordered and shipped my nephew a new Nalgene water bottle so that he can start reducing the plastic water bottles they typically use in southern California.

    Replacing a meal a day with a vegetarian option has helped improve my blood pressure ratings.

    I'm struggling to get on my bike and commute to and from work. Will continue to prepare in the evenings my bike gear and to help get myself mentally prepared to re-join my cycling family that I miss dearly.
