Dawson Bodner Laura 10/23/2018 9:24 AMIt is imperative to spend time outdoors. Even if in the city, I make a point to get in the moment and appreciate a tree, the sound of birds, the feel of wind on my skin. It helps with a feeling of balance and groundedness.
