What do you plan to do with the money you save from making more energy efficient choices?

I don't necessarily save any money from this action, as I just use my apartment buildings washing machine. However, I didn't realize this small change (washing my clothes in cold water instead of warm/hot) would save so much energy! This was such a small change for me to make, and it made no difference to how my clothes felt or how clean they were, so I feel like this is a super easy change for everyone to make every time they do laundry

What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reuseable one with you? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to establish this a successful habit?

I usually do most of my shopping at Aldi which really promotes the use of reusable bags, so it's not out of the ordinary for me to choose a reusable bag over a plastic, disposable one. Whenever I am out and need to go shopping but I dont have one on me, i usually just purchase one at whatever store Im at (they're only like $2 at Aldi!) that way at least I'll have an extra one around the house for the future. However, I usually at least have a backpack with me, so if I just have a few items, I am able to put them in there and avoid a bag altogether
