    Learning to meditate is hard, but I'm glad I've challenged myself.

    As I get rid of stuff I realize I want to be intentional about what I bring back into my space.

    Social media is a great way to keep us connected with loved ones, makes us laugh, and helps us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days now, how do you feel? What do you notice?

    I realized that social media only shows the best parts of people’s lives so it can be misleading.

    I’ve put my phone away for a lot of time and it’s helpes me be more present in the moment.
