    It reminds me to appreciate the every day things, slow down and pay forward those compliments that sometimes we may feel too busy for. An email telling someone how much you appreciate them can go a long way.

    Sometimes fighting for Sustainability can feel like an uphill challenge, in a world where many people do not see the need to protect the earth. I am looking forward to reading Kate Davies book called, Intrinsic Hope. When I was at the Go Green conference last week I purchased two of her books after she gave compelling opening remarks for the day.

    Late post...I went to the Go Green PDX conference on 10.10.18 and got new inspiration to get involved and make some change in our community. I am looking for a nonprofit to get involved with.

    I attended a luncheon today and asked for the Vegetarian option, so I can keep up with my EcoChallenge of 3 meatless meals a day. For some reason it seems at events the vegetarian options is always mushrooms, which I am not crazy about; however, this Mushroom Crepe was AMAZING! :)
