Say No to Plastic Straws

An estimated 71% of seabirds and 30% of turtles have been found with plastics in their stomachs. When they ingest plastic, marine life has a 50% mortality rate. By asking for no straw when placing a drink order, I will keep 2 plastic straw(s) of out of the ocean each day.

Depending on the night I know I definitely don’t get enough sleep and I am trying to ensure that I get at least 7 hours every night. A goal of mine has been to get in the habit of going to bed earlier so I can get up earlier. Whenever I do I feel like I accomplish more/have a more productive day but being a night owl has been my pattern for so long I am definitely finding it challenging

Good for taking on the sleep challenge Meaghan! I agree with what you wrote about going to bed/waking up earlier but also find it hard to do. I'd also love to hear about how you're spending your gratitude time outside. Perhaps we can share on Friday? :)
