REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Enjoy the Sunrise/SunsetFather Thomas Berry says, "...our primary purpose is celebration. Celebration of the dawn and the sunset and the different seasons of the year is a religious ritual, a way in which humans can establish their integral relationship with the universe, with the planet Earth." Blessie Saoit 10/10/2018 1:17 AMWe must celebrate the beginning and end of each day just as people praise and celebrate the Alpha and the Omega. By doing so, we are imbued with a deeper sense of life and the universe we live in. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity MeditateWhat would you like to invest more time in reflecting on?
Blessie Saoit 9/28/2018 9:56 PMI think that I would like to reflect more on my interaction with the world and the people that I encounter on a daily basis. There are times when I am quick to act out or say something without pondering the consequences, good or bad. If I meditate on this, it may be possible for me to make better decisions about my actions and words. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth HappinessHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Blessie Saoit 9/23/2018 3:56 PMBy being grateful for and aware of my possessions, I am reminded of my ability to push through previous obstacles. This motivates me to continue taking on each day to the best of my ability.
