    I downloaded a meditation app with 5 minute meditations on various topics and set an alarm on my phone for the same time every day right before bed to remind me to do it

    Setting a shower timer will help me limit the time I spend in there, maybe I'll make a 5 minute playlist for my shower to make it more exciting than just a timer.
