I will spend 15 minutes researching environmental justice concerns in my region, their causes, and local initiatives to address these concerns.
I will plant native species, landscape with water-efficient plants, and use eco-friendly fertilizers.
I will save up to 20 gallons (75 L) of water each day by taking 5-minute showers.
I will advocate for local and/or organic food options at work or on campus.
I will enjoy 1 meal(s) each day free of processed foods.
I will write down three things every day that I am grateful for, or send one email every day thanking or praising someone.
I will make an appointment for my annual physical.
I will advocate the benefits of a vegan lifestyle to at least 1 person everyday. I picked this goal because its the most powerful,easiest, and impactful choice one can make everyday that benefits the animals, planet, and health.
