  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Recycle Everything I Can
What have you learned about what is accepted by local haulers for recycling, what you can drop off or ship to certain places, and what is not recyclable in your area? What is the most difficult part of recycling for you?

My husband and I signed up for curbside recycling pickup a few years ago. At the time the company accepted glass and many plastics, but since have restricted what can be recycled based on the global recycling market.

I've seen recycling bins for glass, plastic bags and batteries at Target and Best Buy. Are there other places in the community where difficult to recycle items are accepted?
