    Hard to avoid screens since, yanno, I get paid to look at them, but I try to tone it down at home after work.

      One of the updates on the Iphone is a screen time message they send once a week, very eye opening! It def makes me focus on spending less time on my phone while at home.

    I also (on same visit noted below) ditched my phone for the day and it was such a great mental recharge. I highly recommend this to everyone.

    Had a day last Saturday visiting a friend in a remote country area and while visiting had to really conserve energy, water and heat. It's amazing how much less needs to be used daily and was a great reminder to take that home with me.

    Be conscientious about how much water I let run when I wash my face, brush my teeth, do dishes, etc. Also, consider doing less loads of laundry weekly.

      Shower when your baby is on the bathroom floor because thats all you can do... 
      Dry Shampoo and/or dreadlocks... Saving water for sure.

    What did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?

    At first it made me a little antsy, just because I was consciously thinking about it, but once I disconnected I didn't miss it. It was actually really refreshing. I went on a long walk in my neighborhood and just paid attention to what was happening around me, versus being glued to my phone.

    Turn lights off in rooms I am not using, unplug items in my house that I am not using, use efficient light bulbs.
