casey walsh 10/17/2018 11:47 AMHad a day last Saturday visiting a friend in a remote country area and while visiting had to really conserve energy, water and heat. It's amazing how much less needs to be used daily and was a great reminder to take that home with me. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Less Screen TimeWhat did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?
casey walsh 10/08/2018 7:21 AMAt first it made me a little antsy, just because I was consciously thinking about it, but once I disconnected I didn't miss it. It was actually really refreshing. I went on a long walk in my neighborhood and just paid attention to what was happening around me, versus being glued to my phone. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONEnergy Power Down the ComputerWhat are other easy things you could do to save energy and reduce your environmental footprint?
casey walsh 10/08/2018 7:19 AMTurn lights off in rooms I am not using, unplug items in my house that I am not using, use efficient light bulbs.
