Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

Not all of my walks provide exercise; many are for my senior dog. She will be 15 years old on 11-5 and our walks are slow. I feel so fortunate to have her with me still.

Sharing my gratitude with others makes me feel better. Actually taking the time to express my feelings makes me feel more connected to my community.

Mindful eating allows me to focus on the flavors, textures and freshness of the meal. Going without the newspaper while I eat probably is better for my digestion, too!
