Now that I am regularly using a reusable mug for my coffee I believe this has become a regular practice i can continue to implement in my daily life!

There are times when I am quick to act out or say something without pondering the consequences, good or bad. If I meditate on this, it may be possible for me to make better decisions about my actions and words. -
