    I keep doing my best to find ways to reduce, reuse and recycle!

    I already do this.  I teach a kickboxing class which my friends attend and I walk at least 3 times a week outside.

    I save all of the ends, seeds and stems of the vegetables I use and freeze them.  When I have enough of them plus some bones then I use all of them to make stock which I freeze to be used later.  I not only  use all parts of the vegetable I also save money by not having to by stock to make my rice and soups.

    If you can eat the right foods to take care of your body then your body can take care of you.  I truly believe that the better your nutrition you have the less often you will be sick.

    I make sure I unplug all of my ancillary appliances when they are not in use.  I also make sure I turn off each light as I exit the room I am in.
