I've started composting in my apartment since my building accepts it, and I've noticed a huge difference in trash reduction! I try to have minimal food waste in general, but knowing I'm contributing to this effort and encouraging my friends to do the same has had a powerful impact on me.

Have gone vegan since the echo challenge and going strong

This has been a great reminder that there's always more we can be doing! Love logging my actions each day and taking a minute to reflect.

Staying active keeps me feeling young and energized. I feel energized today!

I use reusable any chance I can get. I am haunted by all the disposable plastics I have used in my life. Just because they are out of sight, they are not out of mind. I hate to think about a cup that I used for 5 minutes that will outlast me on this planet. #SAD

Carried my groceries out without a bag!
