    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
    Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reuseable one but it's just hard to make the switch. Think about what stands in your way of making this a habit. By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

    Disposable is just so easy and convenient so you don't have to lug around a mug but the reusable mug I used had a positive quote which brightened my day

    Waste Skip the Straw
    How could you incorporate other "R's" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle?

    I dislike using a straw because of its negative impact on the environment so it reinforced me making sure that I didn't subconsciously grab a straw

    I eat healthy foods, get outside often and find moments where I can reflect on my day and my life. I try to keep a balance in my life.

    Sometimes when I'm working to declutter I think of the stuff that I have accumulated that really serves no purpose in my life and I think about how I could have better spent that money.

    When I stop and look where I am and recognize all that I have to be grateful for it makes me want to do more for those that need a little extra.
