    I am grateful for: 1. Yin yoga 2. Postcards in the mail to add to my giant wall map in my office at home. I love the postcards both for the physicality of getting something in the mail from friends and family, and for the dreaming of future places to visit around the world. Recently, I got postcards from Iceland and Hawaii. 3. Moon!

    WooHoo! Although I thought that my showers were typically more than 5 minutes, I have discovered that I actually average 4 minute showers. Nice to discover that little tidbit.

    Wow is it hard to meditate! I am using an alarm on my phone to remind me to do so and if I were not using an alarm I would forget. It is not a habit yet but I am doing it.
