I am grateful for:  1. More Sushi Go! At lunch today  2. Watching Wasted! The Story of Food Waste at work (part of the EcoChallenge)  3. Ladies Night happy hour with work folks!

I am grateful for: 1. Yin yoga 2. Postcards in the mail to add to my giant wall map in my office at home. I love the postcards both for the physicality of getting something in the mail from friends and family, and for the dreaming of future places to visit around the world. Recently, I got postcards from Iceland and Hawaii. 3. Moon!

I am grateful for: 1. All the friends I saw last night at the Love Gigantic show, especially those who wished me a happy birthday (including a shout out from Sarah onstage)! 2. The amazing music that heals us all and brings us together. 3. Kat & Ken for driving me downtown, when I forgot my housekey at work, and then home last evening.

WooHoo! Although I thought that my showers were typically more than 5 minutes, I have discovered that I actually average 4 minute showers. Nice to discover that little tidbit.

I am grateful for: 1.  Stars! I rarely see stars in the city. This morning, Orion was looking out at me as I sat in the hot tub 2.  Sushi-go-round lunch with Amy! 3. Amazing live music with friends. I am looking forward to The Goods and Love Gigantic show this evening.

I am grateful for:   Launching a new suite of resources for staff at work, culminating in a year's worth of work. Spicy chocolate cupcakes to share with my team at lunch for my birthday (observed). Wow is it hard to meditate! I am using an alarm on my phone to remind me to do so and if I were not using an alarm I would forget. It is not a habit yet but I am doing it.
