    Since I no longer live in the residence halls and am responsible for cleaning my own space, it's so important to ensure that my personal care and cleaning products actually contribute to my health and wellbeing! I used https://www.ewg.org/ewgverified to inform my purchasing decisions around cleaning products.

    As midterm season begins, my intention to sleep and rise at consistent times (even on weekends) has helped me take on every day with a well-rested, happy mind and body.

    Eating a plant based diet and a local foods diet is one of the best ways I find I can keep my body healthy. Everything is so connected!
