    Health Healthy Sleep
    Consider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?

    The amount of sleep I am getting after this daily challenge is great. I am getting sleep that could help me with my dancing and my harp practicing. I could also continue to do good in school, and even do better when I sleep longer.
