    Who knew there were 3600 species of bees in the U.S? There is a lot to learn about our partnership with nature. Pollinators are the backbone of our health and well-being and we must do our part to help them thrive and survive.

    I found a few one time action items to do just this afternoon for a final push. Our team is really kicking it into gear here at the end! Good work, everyone.

    Seeing as how my family is pretty spread out, it would be hard to reduce the number of flights I take in a year. However, using the carbon offset option at least feels like I'm making some effort to make up for it.  Sometimes I consider taking a train, but it takes so long and costs so much more. I wish train travel were more of a real option...

    The challenge was more interesting the second go around.  We really opened up the event to all our offices in the US.  Ended up is over 50 cities and 30 states were the participants.  I loved how we created a small community of discussion in such a large company.

    Through this challenge, I lost 12 pounds and I feel great.

    Bananas!  When our bananas start to get too old to eat while fresh, we've started freezing them to enjoy in smoothies :)
