Jacob Prior 10/11/2018 12:10 PMIt was strongly recommended by some advisors at my place of education, and now it has turned into a school-wide competition to see who can get the most points, what a smart move by the advisors!-
Isaiah Krienke 10/11/2018 12:11 PMI think there is a diplomatic advantage to this.

Jacob Prior 10/11/2018 12:08 PMWell, I can not wait to see how the weekend goes keeping in mind my daily challenges. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity De-Clutter My HomeHow can you prevent yourself from accumulating more things in the future?
Jacob Prior 10/11/2018 11:25 AMThis is a harder task for me since I do not own most materials and the house I live in. But I make an effort to get family involved to try and eliminate clutter. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Less Screen TimeWhat did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?
Jacob Prior 10/11/2018 11:24 AMIf you find something interesting that does not involve a screen, for me it is usually weight lifting. I partake in weight lifting on a strict daily basis as well as boxing, and as long as it is something that just absolutely consumes your soul, you will not be on a screen.-

Jane Harris 10/11/2018 11:35 AMThat's true for me too, engage in a passion and there isn't really a draw to screen time. I lift 5 days a week, do yoga or a hike once a week, and spend the rest of my time either with the fur-babies, reading or both.

REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Buy Used ClothesDo people with economic privilege have a responsibility to consume and own less? How can the concept of "reduce" be presented to those who may be struggling to have enough food, clothes, shelter?
Jacob Prior 10/11/2018 11:22 AMI feel that they may already be partaking in reduction as they realize what is needed and what is not. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Limit Social MediaSocial media is a great way to keep us connected with loved ones, makes us laugh, and helps us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days now, how do you feel? What do you notice?
Jacob Prior 10/11/2018 11:18 AMI notice more awareness for the outside world, it is not that hard to get away from the phone. -
Jacob Prior 10/11/2018 11:10 AMIt has been several years since the first time I saw a UFO, it was a very frightening experience.-

Jacob Prior 10/11/2018 11:04 AMwe both have evaluated our needs and wants and have determined what is ok to spend money on and what is not.
